As a Sales and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales and finance process, from assisting customers with their vehicle purchase to securing financing options for their new car. Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in energy, effort, and results
- Maintain a customer first mindset that is contagious
- Train salespeople in all aspects of their roles
- Close sales and finance deals in a timely manner
- Exceed forecasts and objectives
- Work closely with the sales team and finance department to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales and finance in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in and maintain a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
