Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Earning Potential: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses with earning potential between $120,000 - $160,000 (total compensation varies by experience and results)
About the Job
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Houston HVAC market. In this role, you’ll manage customer accounts, while identifying new opportunities to expand our client base. This is a high-impact role where your leadership, sales expertise, and industry knowledge will directly shape results.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth and achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in our residential HVAC market
- Lead and mentor independent sales technicians
- Support marketing initiatives and deliver product training to sales/technician team
- Analyze sales reports, adjust strategies, and ensure revenue goals are met
- Resolve customer issues and work closely with technical teams to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales and management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of HVAC applications, markets, and products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to motivate and lead sales teams and manage complex accounts
