Director of Human Resources
Kennesaw, GA (on-site role) | Full-Time | Start Date: January 2026

We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team in Kennesaw, GA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with employees and leaders at all levels to help our people – and our business – thrive.
Our home office is in Kennesaw, GA and we have a satellite office in Atlanta (Ravinia Drive). This position can be based in either location.
What You’ll Do
As our HR Director, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things people and culture. You’ll:
- Oversee the full HR spectrum: compensation, benefits, employee relations, development, compliance, payroll, recruitment and HRIS.
- Partner with leaders to create an engaging, supportive environment where employees can do their best work.
- Support employees across multiple states, ensuring consistency while respecting local needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws while streamlining processes to be efficient and people-friendly.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Senior-level HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR required).
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with multi-state responsibilities.
- A hands-on leader with broad HR knowledge and very strong technical expertise.
- Someone with sharp attention to detail who also keeps the bigger picture in focus.
- A communicator and problem-solver who values relationships and collaboration.
