- 6% commission on job cost

- Running qualified appointments
- Presenting and selling fencing solutions
- Maintaining strong pricing discipline
- Closing deals at target margins
- Consistently hitting 18+ jobs per month
- Spending 10–15 hours per week in-office handling additional sales-related tasks (follow-ups, pipeline management, admin, and team coordination)
