Kenly 95 Petro is seeking a
motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced TA Service Center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly-while delivering top-tier customer service.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the key link between customers and our diesel technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a positive service experience from start to finish.
Requirements
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers professionally and assess their service needs
- Listen carefully to concerns and accurately write repair orders
- Communicate with technicians to coordinate repairs and timelines
- Provide clear updates to customers regarding repair status, timelines, and costs
- Recommend additional services when appropriate, based on vehicle needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation
- Support shop workflow to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that builds trust and repeat business
What We’re Looking For- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume service environment
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable using computers and service management systems
- Previous service writer, automotive, diesel, or customer service experience is a plus-but not required
