THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
You have 5+ years of high-ticket, in-home residential sales experience (preferably fencing)
You consistently control the sale — discovery, presentation, objection handling, close
You are comfortable closing $10k–$30k+ projects without discounting
You manage your pipeline like a professional, not a hobbyist
You hold yourself accountable without needing oversight
You want to build something long-term, not bounce seat to seat
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:
New or developing salespeople
Order-takers or price-presenters
“Just give me more leads” mentalities
Anyone who blames market conditions, pricing, or operations
If you need motivation, coaching on fundamentals, or constant direction — this is not your seat.
