Service Assistant / Concierge
Kearney, NE | Starting at $16 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time
Midway Auto has been serving Nebraska drivers for over 100 years, and we’re looking for a Service Assistant / Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers in the service drive and connect them with Service Advisors
- Vacuum and prepare vehicles with floor mats and seat covers
- Keep the service drive and customer lounge clean, organized, and welcoming
- Move vehicles to the correct areas (outside or technician bays)
- Maintain night drop area and restock supplies
- Assist with light cleaning and occasional vehicle pick-up/delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills (required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license required
