Shift Leaders at Burritos Alinstante are hands-on team members responsible for leading each shift to deliver an exceptional guest experience. They ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety; support, guide, and motivate team members; accurately handle point-of-sale transactions; and communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift needs, challenges, and operational updates.
Rate of Pay
What you Need
A minimum of 6 months previous supervisory experience.
Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong integrity and work ethic.
Availability for weekends and holidays.
Education
Physical Demands/Requirements
Ability to stand for long period of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g. picking up and changing trash bags).
Reaching, bending, or kneeling (e.g. pulling weeds, stocking shelves from boxes).
