What You’ll Do:
- Mentor and Train: Develop relationships with your fellow team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them be the best they can be.
- Lead with Passion: Share your expertise and enthusiasm to develop our nursing team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Create an Impact: Make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents while fostering an environment of learning, growth, and compassion.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with team members and residents.
- A caring, empathetic attitude that radiates positivity and builds trust.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
