Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $17 – $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week; flexible; some weekends during Tax Season

About the Role
As a Tax Preparer, you’ll work directly with clients to prepare accurate tax returns, answer questions, and support their financial well-being. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service — not just during tax season, but year-round.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare individual and business tax returns
• Meet with clients to gather information and explain tax matters
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IRS guidelines
• Assist with documents, forms, and basic tax-related inquiries
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Experience with tax preparation software (e.g., Drake Tax preferred)
• Positive, enthusiastic personality and a desire to grow
