Position Overview
Location: St. Louis Metropolitan Area
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week (hours may be completed in one day per week)
Compensation: $400.00 per week
Additional Pay: Mileage stipend provided
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekly wellness nursing visits in a non-medical, community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly wellness visits to assigned clients
Organize and review medications (no prescribing or medication changes)
Take and record vital signs
Complete overall wellness assessments (non-medical in nature)
Observe, document, and report general health concerns or changes
Maintain brief, straightforward documentation
This position does not involve skilled nursing procedures or medical care planning.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
Experience in community-based care, home care, or long-term care preferred
Strong observational and communication skills
Reliable transportation
