Position: VP of Sales
Our fast-growing roofing and home improvement company is expanding and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our residential sales team.
We are looking for a leader with roofing or home improvement sales management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives
- Recruit and develop new sales talent
- Conduct performance reviews, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
- Implement strategies to increase sales conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven sales management experience in Home Improvements (Roofing is highly preferred)
- Experience handling 20-25+ sales representatives
- Proven call close record and strong understanding of sales metrics
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
- High-energy, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
