Are you passionate about caring for others? Do you excel at assisting the elderly? Do you have a strong desire to improve the lives of your residents? If so, then you should consider joining the Havelock Manor team as a Caregiver or CNA. We are looking to hire someone to work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 6am – 2:30pm.

Havelock Manor is a 25-bed Assisted Living Facility in beautiful Historic Havelock, right next door to the Aging Partners Senior Center. We provide care for seniors who need help with the activities of daily living yet want to remain as independent as possible. We also offer respite and hospice care. We pride ourselves in providing a home-like atmosphere with personalized care.

As a Caregiver/CNA, you will:

  • Work every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 6am-2:30pm
  • Provide positive interactions with residents that improve their quality of life.
  • Aid with meal preparation and service.
  • Assist residents with the activities of daily living, including repositioning, dressing and bathroom assistance.
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and light cleaning.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for each resident and visitor at Havelock Manor.

Position Requirements:

  • Licensed CNA or previous caregiving experience preferred*
  • Pass a criminal background check and APS/CPS registry check
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to work
  • Must be reliable and trustworthy
  • Work all scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Pay Rate: $16 and up per hour, based on experience. Weekend shifts will be paid an additional $2 per hour shift differential.

*We will train the right candidate to ensure their preparedness for this role.
